Tuition Rate and General Billing Information #
- The tuition rate for IU credits earned through ACP is $25 per credit unit. Note: This tuition fee is waived for all students in Indiana high schools.
- A $156 per course fee may apply if you reside outside of Indiana.
- Some courses (e.g., Public Speaking) may include an eText fee.
- Paper billing statements (via U.S. Mail) are sent to your home per the following schedule:
- Fall, Tri 1, and year-long: bills generated and mailed USPS 3rd Thursday of October with payment due November 10.
- Spring and Tri 2 and 3: bills generated and mailed USPS 3rd Thursday of March with payment due April 10.
- Tuition is waived if your school has reported that you are eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch Assistance. This waiver does not include eText fees.
- Contact acp@iu.edu if you need to:
- Verify the amount charged.
- Determine the campus through which the enrollment was processed (for payment).
- Report billing for Free/Reduced Lunch Assistance eligibility.
View and pay your bill #
In addition to paper bills, you can also check your account status or pay your bill online by logging into View/Pay Bursar Bill on One.iu.edu using your IU username, passphrase, and Duo.
Your parent or guardian can also pay online without IU login credentials at: go.iu.edu/PayACP
Payment can be made by either credit card or eCheck. There is a service charge for paying with credit card but no additional fee is added for payment by eCheck.
Note: You will need your IU university number (UID) or date of birth, amount to pay, and know which IU campus the enrollment was processed through to submit your online payment
